KIT DETAILS
The first step is to make ‘Eat For Keeps’ visible on an ongoing basis, to enable people to keep hearing the same messages. This is achieved by having a series of four A3 laminated posters in strategic places like canteens, notice boards or other relevant places. This is backed up by a support programme of 25 relevant articles, which can be published or posted, on a regular basis on notice boards, newsletters, intranet or by email.

INSIGHTS
People will react in a number of different ways. In our experience, a few changes is often all it takes! Weight loss is quite visible and always helps as a motivating factor when people see others making change.

The EFK program is a proven system and is simple process to implement into your organisation and culture. EFK can also provide other resources like presentations, individual / group consultations and training can be arranged as required.
